Question: How do I redeem the code?

Answer: To redeem our codes, head over to payments.jagex.com,  Login to the account you would like the membership on, Click "Redeem A Code", and input the code you were emailed or received from Discord.

Q. How long until I receive my code?

A. Codes are sent out automatically when the payment is confirmed. Depending on your payment method, this can take 0-10 minutes. After 10 minutes has elapsed, feel free to open a ticket in our Discord and we will be happy to check on the status of your code!

Q. Do the codes expire?

A. The codes will never expire, so you are free to use them whenever is best for you, or gift them to friends and be confident they will work when used!

Q. Could I be banned for using one of these codes?

A. Absolutely not, we 100% guarantee your account is safe with our codes. Our codes are equivalent to buying a membership gift card from your local store!

Q. How can you sell these codes so cheap?

A. We purchase all of our codes in large bulk orders, and we have a very low profit margin. The benefit to our store is that we have no employees that you end up paying for, and no physical inventory we have to pay to store. 

Q. Why was I charged a different amount than displayed?

A. If you have selected to use a currency other than USD, this is for display purposes only. All of our billing is done in USD, and the exchange rate is decided by your bank.
